I have a BS Industrial Management degree with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and I am working as in the QA department but switching to a Clerks position in my company its a lateral move and not where I wanted to go but it is within my degree somewhat. With my degree though it seems like I need more specialization or the right company to notice my talents which is becoming clearer and clearer that its not were I currently am and I personally do not love what im doing.
