  • Dave Ramsey Radio Show Coming to Pittsburgh

He's actually already on an AM station here, but good luck picking it up. Next month he will be on an FM station in the evenings. I've seen his TV show in the past, but I've never heard his radio show before. I'm looking forward to giving it a listen.

I honestly don't know when he's actually on the air here, or on what station. However, I will occasionally listen to his podcast, which is available for free on iTunes.

Which station will he be on? I'm mostly content to stream the show online, but it's always nice to have the option of getting things on FM. It will also be nice to tell my friends and family who don't like to bother with internet radio how to listen.

I listen to the podcast every day on my phone though that is only the 1st hour of his 3-hour show. You can get it on the podcast app on an iPhone or with the IHeartRadio app. I've never actually heard it on the radio. I have no idea if it is carried by any of our local stations.

I cut my teeth on personal finance with Dave Ramsey and I used to listen to his show but lost interest because it gets repetitive.

I go through phases where I listen and phases where I stop because it does get repetitive. I have to admit that it can be entertaining (in the same way that watching a car wreck is entertaining) to hear the messes that people have gotten themselves into.

I have to admit that this is the reason that I often watch Suze Orman. Just so I can feel better about myself.

Agreed. I listen now more as cautionary tale. How not to get into any messes or what messes to avoid. Being a new homeowner with a young family—my financial landscape is evolving a lot in the last five years. Moving from Single-guy to DINKs to couple-with-house-two-kids. So planning gets different.
