    I work for a large mutual company, so no company stock but I enjoy the benefits as well as the work.
    Pension worth approx 45% of my highest 5 yrs of salary.(pension funded to the max extent of the law)
    401K with $1200 per year contribution from the company (I must contribute to get the match)
    $75 a month for medical benefits for my family of 6. Company puts $2000 in HRA account (5K max deductible)
    I can work from home or in the office!
    10 vacation days (1-5yrs) 15 vacation days after 5 yrs, 20 after 15 yrs, 25 after 20 years, 1 day more for every year after 20 yrs.
    Paid days off for sick time, 3 days personal time, all major holidays, sick family, dentist/Dr visits, helping at the kids school.
    Paid adoption leave of 4 weeks when we adopted
    Flex hours to change schedule when needed.
    Overall my employer is very family friendly and I love that.
