hey folks, i'm wondering if any of you have generated one, and if you may have a link to a template, or really just a quick primer as to how to generate one that would have some actual legal weight to it. thanks for the help-rj

When we were first married, we went to a local stationery store and they had blank templates that you could just fill in and get notarized that were legal in our state.
