    Ummm...

$256 - Plane ticket to CA
$20 - Secret Santa gifts (though may get away with less ..)
$0 - mom's gift (got at Community Dinner)
    $0 - brother's gift (Community Dinner)
$40 - dad's gift (redbox - football thing, plus something from Community Dinner)

So ... about $316? (Maybe add $15 or so for shipping for mom and brother's gifts?)

My wife and I were just talking about this the other day. We basically stopped buying each other gifts years and years ago. We are both the type that don't want a ton of money spent on us for no reason. We are also both the type who, when there is something we really want, go out and get it. Also, since all of our financial life is lived jointly, we realize that me taking money from OUR account to buy her a gift and her taking money from OUR account to buy me a gift is pretty silly. It's all the same money. It all comes from the same place. We just buy what we want when we want it and that's it.

All of that said, I did buy her a little something that I know she wants. I think it was $12. I also ordered her a Wellness Mat for the kitchen but that benefits both of us. I think she was going to get me a new blender (ours broke) but again, that's more of a house gift that all 3 of us will use. So the $12 item is probably the only thing that I'll be buying that we wouldn't have gotten anyway.

With DisneySteve on this one. I have everything I'd need, he has it all too. We just enjoy being together with the family and not waste time on stuff we don't need. If I or him want something, we just go get it
