No. Quicken 2010 may be their newest version. Many software programs are a year or two older than the current year and that is fine. $6 is a bargain if you are seriously interested in tracking your income and expenses using a software program
I'm currently using quickbooks 2007, you should have no problems with 2010. I do not move up until the software(payroll software) demands a better windows system and speed. Quicken is a personal software so I would likely use it forever.
As I understand it, Quicken only supports their software for 3 years. That means no updates for older software. Be careful using very old versions for that reason, unless the updates and support are unimportant to you.
