When I had lots of money, I had friends who tried to ruin my life out of jealousy.

Now I am out of money (long story), I am really afraid to turn into a bitter person.

Ok, so you don't have a lot of money. Look at all the things you DO have. Life, health, family, friends, experiences, dreams, freedom, a roof over your head, food, clothing, Internet access .......

Time to start saving up..

it adds up quick, if u stick with it.. not sure what your situation is, but if u can spare 100 or 200 a week.. put it in that savings account whenever u can..

in about 6 years, thats 60 grand

Then dont turn bitter be thankful for what you have & move forward with it start finding ways to save again & ways to make more money in your spare time

been there...having money and now not having it, I mean...it hasn't made me bitter...though it hurts sometimes, for the most part it has helped me appreciate things a whole lot more...I used to go to the movies every weekend, followed by dinner and dancing with friends, of course...nowadays, I go only if the movie is really really worth it for me...
And, while SOME friends did go away, the true ones remained and I now can fully appreciate their love...I have also realized that money made my life easier - and less stressful, that's true- but it didn't make it fuller or better...
