  • How to stay healthy

    Our health is our best asset and therefore we should take good care of it. We only live one life, and everyone of us would wanted to live a good life right? When we are healthy on the inside and out, you would also feel great about yourself and that will show how beautiful you are.

    Staying healthy is simply easy. Start eating healthy food and watch out your diet. If you can minimize eating greasy, fatty and oily foods then it's great. Stop vices like smoking and drinking alcohol, these will not do good for your health. Live a balanced life. If there is work, you should also find time to play. This will reduce stress and pressure in your part and keep you healthy physically and mentally.

    The other side not mentioned is to stay active, which no matter how hectic somebody's schedule might be, there's always time. People just ignore the time available to them, or waste it doing other things (TV, computer, video games, etc). Even going for a 30min walk after dinner every night can have great benefits to a person's health. Walking/biking around town as is reasonable is good for you, and saves gas money. Some of my friends keep an elliptical machine, treadmill, or stationary bike in front of their TV -- that way, you can still enjoy the TV shows you really want to see while doing something healthy for you. It's all about setting priorities, and recognizing the time and opportunities available for us to stay healthy and active.

      Living a healthy life is not just about food and vitamins.
      It is also good to have a good exercise every now and then
      But to have a very healthy life you must also have a healthy personality, have a healthy thought and healthy mind. And a better outlook of life, now thats healthy.
