Do the mailed ones work? I've tried to sign up twice (several weeks apart since somebody said Pinecone had a technical glitch and may have lost the first application) and neither time have they even sent me an e-mail that said "sorry, we're not accepting new people right now . . ."

Kelly, there was a link posted here, if you have a child less than 12 months of age. I don't know if they are still accepting applicants, but you might try it.
