It's all about quality. If you are participating in the discussions it doesn't matter how often you post. If you are simply promoting stuff, or not adding to the discussion, then it can be considered spam

I realize that if English isn't a person's first language it may be difficult to understand things, but considering this is page three of a discussion about spam, why did they skip it and start spamming?

It's alot of spam now. It's crazy. I think I've reported 20 posts and I'm beat. Lol. I hope they are removed soon. 2016 has brought out all of the spammers.
