    There are so many different regulations which affect Unemployment benefits, it is truly worth the time, effort and hassle of downloading and submitting the application. Let the UI clerks decide whether or not your fiancé meets the requirements. Why pass on potential income?

      I thik however, she had to be paying into it?? A friend of mine was once denied because her company (contractor) did not take out or pay any taxes--she was responsible for it all, and therefore did not qualify for unemployment.

      That was several years ago in Missouri.

          Also, don't forget, your BAH and BAS will go up considerably as soon as you get married, so that will compensate for some of the loss as well. As soon as you have that marriage certificate in hand, get it in so you can get everything adjusted right away.
