I use the B&D one-cup. What type of daily cleaning did she do? I just rinse the filter, but I'm not much of a cleaner in general.

Not much more than that. You have to clean the filter and the basket it sits in and no matter how you do it, some coffee drips on the base and inside the top when you lift it out so you have to wipe that out.

I splurged and got the cuisinart grind and brew and I hate cleaning it but i love that it grinds it right before brewing. The cleaning is such a pain that I only use it on weekends. There are way too many pieces.

Since only my DH drinks coffee, let me add it's still cheaper than him going to starbucks everyday.
