Another year has gone by and I'm happy to report things are still going well!!

Our beautiful daughter was born in Oct 2010 and I was able to take 6 months of unpaid leave to stay at home with her. I paid for it with savings and we even made some progress with debt during that time too due to a savings bond that had been left to me by my grandfather. My student loan is down to a 4,600 dollar balance and we are focused on having it completely gone by mid February. Once that happens we will only have our rental mortgage and our home mortgage as debt. EVERYTHING ELSE WILL BE GONE!!! Thanks saving advice!!
