I am excited to share... My fiance and I have been together for 5 years and have YET to take a vacation together. For him, it's been a function of affordability, and more time for me. Finally, we've saved up AND have vacation time. Although we've identified the second week of August, we have not decided on our destination. We're going to splurge, and go to Aruba, Dominican Republic, or another sunny spot in the Caribbean. It'll be such a treat.

Othere than that, we'll enjoy a summer full of visitors and day trips, especially to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA in Williamsburg, VA. I'm planning on my best summer yet!

I also think we'll start having kids in two years or so, and I want to enjoy a trip or two just us...

no real plans just babysitting, summer kids' movie camp at AMC, camp geoffrey at toys r us on weekends, the normal cleaning and grocery shopping, and getting ready for hurricanes if they hit. We had to buy all new furniture because of a stupid program we had to be on (ANYWAY) so we don't have the money to visit family this yr.

We are taking a trip to see family only once

But we are also going to see my side in GA twice (this Saturday and in August when her baby is born)

For the rest of the summer, our community has a pool and my goal is to get DS to swim at least a short distance without the noodle, since DD needs it this year. Oh and I am trying to get DD to notice letters, she holds books and pretends to read like DS did at her age, but she doesn't notice any letters, so that is my goal, so she can start 'official school'

I am excited to say I am leaving tomorrow on Vacation. I am doing it frugally also. My friend works for an airline so got me a cheap seat out. I used my entertainement book to get a full sized car for 8 days at 135 bucks. I am staying with a friend so no hotel costs.

We are biking golden gate park, going white water rafting on the american river, and playing golf a couple times. I will see friends up in Sac while I am up there. I am so psyched.

Other then that I am gonna try and go to Chicago a couple times this summer and want to hit LA in August. Again cheap vacations as all I have to pay for is plane flight and a car (not in chicago though). Ah the life of a single guy! LOL

School. Lots and lots of school. Only 2.5 more semesters to go! And I think there's a familyi reunion thrown in there in July.
