    When I was younger, I had a chance to buy a rental house for a bargain price, $21,000 and then I rented it out. I was so happy that I bought 2 more rentals. Within a year, I really regretted it. Then tenants tore up the houses and were always late with the rent. It took me a few years (and millions of repairs by my dh) to sell them all at a big loss.
    I would reccomend that you sell the rental and get out, even if you take the loss. I have never reqretted selling and consider it a life lesson.

      I'm glad you found it! What did you change it to?

      Keep in mind that if during the year it looks like you have too much or too little withheld you can change it again.
