Hi everyone I am new here in fact I stumbled on this site by pure accident. I was googling how much it would cost to send my kids to college when they reach the age (one of the girls in the office is a full time student and having problems getting loans to finish undergrad and it got me thinking). Any how when I googled saving for college it directed me to a topic that was on this site. And the rest is history. Well I am very excited about finding this website and look very foward to getting and giving some great advice.

Ditto the welcome. I am in the same boat with a little one and cringe when I look at the numbers for college in the college calculators. But mine are all going to get scholarships, aren't yours? Just kidding:-)

Welcome. You'll find quite a few conversations about college costs as many of us are parents of anywhere from newborns to teens (mine is 12). So the topic comes up often.
