Right now we pay $135 for family medical and dental. I think it's a great deal! The last company DH worked for was small and charged $500 for family medical. They want him to come back and don't want to pay him much more than his current hourly wage. For some reason they can't see that paying an additional $365 per month out of pocket would mean a decrease in pay.

Hubby and I pay about $200 for health, denal, and vision. I also have added lots of AFLAC policies at my work. I am paying 200 a month for those, but they pay out $6,000.00 when I have a baby, so I'll keep them until then, and cut back after that. I figured I'd pay out $1,000.00 more in premium, (I've always carried the diability, so that's not included) and get 6K so a net 5K for having a baby sounds great for me!!! I'm due in May and then I get to quite working and be a MOM!!!! WOOHOOO!!!!

257.00/month for HMO with $25 office visits and 15/30/50 on prescriptions. Although we did just find out that one of his prescriptions is available at walmart for $4 per month - $11 savings!
WELL worth it for this plan with all DH's doctors visits and prescrips.
Likely to go up next year unfortunately - I work in HR and already know the prognosis is not good for us.

My insurance at my company as a single person is:
$36/month premium
$300 deductible
Then plan pays 80% up to the point where I pay $1100.00 out of pocket (including the $300 deductible)
Then plan pays 100% of all claims after that.
This includes massages, psychotherapy, I even got a $525 mouthguard from my dentist for free since it was covered under a new TMJ clause in my health insurance.
I also have free dental insurance which includes 2 cleanings/year, only $25 deductible and 80% payment for all other dental work (i.e. for a $750 crown, I would pay $150)
It's kind of cool - the health insurance premium is based on annual salary, so if an employee makes less than $40,000, he/she would pay $22.50/month and even less for under $20,000. Rates go up as salary goes up.
My health insurance is great because I'm single (up until a few years ago, I didn't even pay a monthly premium!) If I had a spouse on the plan, the premium would jump to $252.50/month ($353 for a family) and I would have to pay for the dental insurance, too.
