Stream Energy disappointment
Here in Texas, Stream Energy as a provider as been a real disappointment. They have managed to misplace my payments and resulted in causing my electricity to be disconnected due to poor accounting. I have put up with these practices twice and am now in the process of changing providers. My advice is to stay away from them as a provider AND as a way of making income.

This clearly is a scam. Look at all the first time and second time posters. I don't buy it for an instant. As the old saying goes "if it seems to good to be true, it probably is". These types of things always rear their ugly head when times are not so good. Those who are in financial straits and looking for a way out, the weak and vulnerable, in more ways than just financial fall prey to these types of things.
I too would echo the few that have warned to stay clear.

Direct marketing otherwise known as network marketing is a powerful business marking arm however because of its ability to reach millions of people by word of mouth it can be easily abused. It has happened time and again. As far as Ignite Energy is concerned they have done a superior job of merging direct marketing and energy deregulation into a powerful product as well as a business opportunity. From the research i have done there are two direct sales companies that are involved with the energy deregulation age. Ignite Energy and Ambit Energy. If you are looking to more information about the pros and cons of these companies here is your best source of info.

I am always reluctant to close down threads. I realize that many of the people that come here are trolling (anyone reading this thread should take ant comment from someone that only has a few posts with a grain of salt), but they are doing so because they know people are reading about Ignite and Steam Energy. By closing down the thread, it means that those searching for information on Ignite and Steam Energy have a better chance of coming across this thread and learning the truth even if they don't ever comment (and what is the purpose of this forum -- to help those seeking information). I know it can be a pain, but hope you understand that it can also benefit those who may be considering getting involved to get a quality opinion on how these companies work.

What business is not a pryamid?
Seems to me almost all businesses are pyramids. My boss makes more than I do because he directs several employees. His boss makes more than he does because he directs even more people. It follows this pattern to the top, the president.
As far as being a rip-off, what is Stream stealing from a rep? Do they require a monthly payment or fee to be in business?
What is there to beware of, specifically?
I am not a Stream rep but I may consider it.

If you don't mind I like to reply to your statements. I would love to quote you; I have never heard it put like that oh my that was the best quote yet. Let me tell you I have only been a ignite associate for one month. I have stream for service and I am very impress with there service. To start your own business you have to have money to make money that is with anything. But what I love about it is that I got most of my money back with in a week of starting my business with ignite. They help me get my money back, when I got my check I was so happy I did not beleive it I had to make a copy of it and look at it twice. It took me longer to get that kind of money back just working at a regular job. I had to work for one week in a hole, just to get one weeks pay. Don't talk about working for a job that gets paid once a month. Well anyway. I checked them out with the BBB you have to check them out I am so happy with this company. This is like Starbucks; you know how it was in the 80’s did one believe that coffee would be a big hit. Starbucks was founded on March 30, 1971 when three partners: English teacher Jerry Baldwin, history teacher Zev Siegl, and writer Gordon Bowker. Decided to sale coffee did no body beleive them. They buy the 1990's started publicly trading it on the market and franchise out this chain. For those that thought that coffee was a dumb ideal will they are the one's that are trying to get into it now. Getting into it now are too late you getting into a growing market early because that is when it is very good. When you wait until the market it overwhelmed then you are too late. That is how I look at ignite and Stream, ignite is the market for stream instead of buying big advertisement and pay them all the money and put the cost back to the consumer stream uses ignite associate to advertise for them and they pay us and the cost can stay down for the consumers. If you want you can go and look at the website but I say to you do your research check it out on the bbb website you would like it. Go to the website and check it out you ysanders.igniteinc.biz or to find out about stream go to ysanders.mystreamenergy.biz add them to the address bar directly. Send me a message if you need more information.
