I want to shop around for life and auto insurance to see if I can find any better deals. Does getting quotes impact my credit score?

I know that companies will do an inquiry into your credit report, as I've known people who've been declined for having a bad credit score. -
They are supposed to be doing a "soft pull" of your credit report. I suppose it's possible that they are doing a hard pull, but unlikely. So, no, it shouldn't have much (if any) effect.Comment
