One of those by-the-pound Goodwill outlets opened up a few miles from my girlfriend just a month ago. I've been there twice, once I picked up some decent housewares for about a third of what they want in their usual stores ($0.59 / lb.) (and maybe 10% of a new price). I haven't messed with clothes there as I always have enough and in nice shape I get from yard sales - though if I have the time during my next visit I may check it out.
