  • Republican Top Three: Who'se Your Pick (Poll)

I'm curious to know the spread here on these forums for the top three Republican candidates for the nomination. My apologies to any and all that would vote for one of the "second-tier" candidates -- I didn't want to type that all out.

I would've agreed with you a year ago. But now all I see him saying is... "Is THAT your identity?!"

You might want to check your poll against the latest numbers, re: first-tier.

Gallup now puts Fred Thompson ahead of Mitt Romney in third position and a recent Harris Poll goes even further and shows him in a statistical tie with John McCain for second.

Harris Interactive | Fred Thompson Now Tied for Second Place

Well, I wanted to keep it to those that have officially entered. Perhaps we'll need another poll in a few weeks -- Fred?

I have always like Steve Forbes. Too bad he isn't running.

I've been a republican my whole life, but Obama is appealing to me since I'm in Chicago now.

Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo, and if he runs, Fred Thompson, would be MY top 3.

I'm a Dem, but if you put a gun to my head to make me vote Rep, I'd vote for Giuliani. Sometimes I think he's just a moderate Dem passing off as a Rep anyway.
