Cheap Christmas Lights

I know I read about Christmas lights that are cheap to run, but I can't seem to find where it was. What are they called and where can you get them?

They are the LED (light emitting diode) lights. They are great...I have ahd them for a few years now. They use practically no energy and you can't break them. You should be able to get them at any discount store.
