Wow there really are two Americas. LA/NYC and the rest of the country.

Some of these comments are so unbelievable they frighten me. It also explains how Bush was elected twice.

nah, w was elected twice thanks to 2000) jeb bush and 2004) folks voting an incumbant ticket.

i remember in '96 strom thurmond won in SC by a landslide (go figure) in the senate race and dole won like 60-40 over clinton, which means about 30% of the folks in my state voted clinton and strom thurmond on the same ballot this can only be explained by incumbant voting. or possibly blindly pushing buttons.

If taking donations from all races for the Angel Network and only using it to help blacks.
Or taking credit for giving away products companys provide.
          Then yes Oprah is cool.

Heh. The version I heard was "Love is grand. Divorce is ten grand." That version turned out to be true for me. Literally.

You got off very lightly then BrokenArrow! Most people I know have suffered far worse loss than $10,000 in divorce. I was even thinking that the $100,000 might be a bit low of a figure! Divorce is a very expensive business. Where else do 2 otherwise rational people spend $30,000 on lawyers to fight over who keeps the $100 tupperware, lol?
