International phone-calls: long-distance good deals?

I was wondering if someone here could help me with some suggestions for cutting down on the long-distance bill. My family is in Eastern Europe - so frequent conversations there are a must. What would you recommend for a good deal on phone conversations over there?

That's a great link but I'm also trying to find a place locally to buy them KWIM? Doesn't seem like they list the places they are sold at other than online.
