I just wanted to share some good news and report on progress...

My wife and I paid off one store credit card account earlier this month and have just paid a second one off today.

We still have a mountain but we're making progress. It feels great to pay final payments!

We began executing our 'get out of debt' plan in February of this year. While life is known to throw plans off course, we presently expect to be debt free on or before April 2008; about 18 months from now.

Congrats, I know how it feels, as of this week I should have the last bits ($375) paid off on my last few cards. Will be greatful when that stress is gone.
