When I was growing up, shopping was the thing to do on Sat because my mom worked. It was great fun for me. My mom would get together with my aunts and we would shop and go to lunch.

Now that I'm a mom, I still shop on Sat once in awhile. It used to be kind of weird NOT shopping on Sat, so yes, I guess I was "programmed".

Err, no..not for me..But now that DH is off on Saturdays it does often happen..but Saturday is a day to go out and do something (rockets, paint ball gun, remot control cars, library..ect)..unless I specifically plan not to..which is hard!

Now Tuesday is programmed shopping..for groceries.....

One of our local stores offers $10 off a $50 purchase on Thursdays. I guess they are trying to deprogram us!
