my kids and i can spend hours at a park/beach if the weather is nice. When it's not membership to a musuem costing what at most $150/year for a family is very cheap entertainment. Pack a lunch/snacks/drinks.

Go volunteer. See those less fortunate and that will kill a lot of time.

get a dog or foster dogs before they go to their forever home. People who have dogs have positive health and mood improvements that extend lifespan.

Read a good book. Take your dog for a walk if you have one. Exercise especially yoga.

I love talking my dog for an hour walk. He is 2 years old, never runs out of energy, I meet people with him as lots of people ask to pet him, and he is a goof that most always does something that makes me laugh

Another good idea would be to take a walk or go for a job. Exercise tends to loosen up your muscles and increase your blood circulation, so its super good for your body. Also, walking and jogging is cheap, all you need is a pair of running shoes.
