We'll be having a team building next month and I'm in charge of organizing everything. From finding a place at a reasonable price, to our food and to coming up with good activities to do. The main focus is on communication so it's better if the activities is related to that. There'll be about 15-20 people coming. Any ideas for good activities or games? Both for outdoors and indoors?

I have been to many team building activities and I have facilitated some of them also. You have to put in mind the goals of your team building activity, what do you want to achieve and develop among your co-workers. Since you've mentioned it already when coming up with an activity be sure to relate it with the communication struggles your employees are experiencing in their daily routines and make sure that the exercises are not too physically demanding. Ensure that everyone can participate, learn and have fun.
