Mention all exercise are good for cardio. Cycling is the easiest exercise coz if a person is not able to run due to overweight, then cycling is the best option, Second one is jogging, this can be executed by every normal weight people and then comes running which need high amount of energy and stamina. Swimming is for those who know how to swim and this is also a best one. So all exercise are good according to requirement.
All are great, they all offer amazing benefits for the body. The type of cardio is most important, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is some of the best cardio out there. Long moderate intensity cardio is definitely good as well, but HIIT is for sure the best when it comes to cardio :-)
Running and jogging are my favorite cardio exercises because these exercises are good for the whole body. These exercises provide us fitness and healthy body. Swimming and cycling are also best cardio.

Crosstrain,do some of it all. Diet always trumps exercise for weight loss. For heart health (disease prevention),nothing over 30 minutes matters much. For fitness,the more the merrier. Running is an impact exercise so in most cases it eventually can catch up to you.Impact effects all joints including spinal vertebrae.
Running and Swimming is best cardio exercise for weight loss. With swimming you can utilizes all the muscles of your body. And like walking, running provide a fitness workout that you can take with you anywhere.
Swimming is probably the best because it works all of your muscles. Ever look at the Olympic swimmers? These people are some of the most in-shape people in the world. Hard work, but it pays off if you want to look awesome

My first reaction is whatever one you like. If you like doing it, you will do it! I used to run(jog) about 20 years ago and successfully lost weight and inches. I ran about 35 minutes a day 7 days a week. For the last 20 years, I bicycle about 90 minutes 2-7 times a week. I enjoy it more because I get to go further. In bad weather, I use a treadmill or stationary bike. I prefer cycling!
All four mentioned cardio exercises are really awesome,But i think running is the best cardio exercise because in this, The heart pumps blood throughout the blood vessels more rapidly by repeated contraction and expansion of itself, blood flows in every parts of body....so keep running
