  • Beef and Rice

The other day it was raining outside, so I did not want to get out of the car to go into the grocery store. Instead, I took out a pack of beef and some rice to make a simple yet delicious meal. I took one cup of short-grain rice and added it to rice the cooker. Then, I poured in two cups of water before letting it cook.

On the stove, I added ground beef and a cup of bone broth into a pan. I sprinkled Hidden Valley ranch seasoning, complete season, season all, and Adobo onto the meat and let it brown. I did not drain the meat.

Once the rice was finished, I added it directly to the meat and mixed it up so it was evenly covered. Once it cooled down, I made myself a bowl. So simple, yet so delicious.

Your improvised meal sounds both comforting and satisfying! Mixing rice with seasoned ground beef is a classic combination that offers a hearty and flavorful dish. However, if you're looking to add a touch of sweetness and tanginess to your repertoire, you might want to try an easy honey lemon chicken recipe. It's a delightful way to elevate your meal with tender chicken coated in a sticky-sweet glaze infused with zesty lemon flavor.
