  • Leftover ham recipes?

Hi - I'm new to this website. I am wondering if anyone has any good recipes for leftover ham? Any casseroles or anything? I have a large bag full of frozen ham, but don't quite know what to do with it.

Thanks for any advice you might have!

depending on how much you have you could make:
    *Scalloped potatos & ham,
*add it as filler for an omlet,
*cut it up & mix with 2-3 cans of cream corn, a tbs of margerine, and a sprinkle of Mortons' Natures' seasoning to taste in a pot & simmer til warm (becareful not to burn the cream corn, as it will stick to the bottom & is a pain to get off)

I hope those were a few ideas.

Betty Crocker Bisquick II Cookbook shares a recipe! This is a weekend favorite--ham, potatoes, cheese and eggs combined in a simple, yet company-good casserole.

1 cup diced fully cooked ham (6 ounces)
2 packages Betty Crocker® hash brown potatoes
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
        1 tablespoon instant chopped onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
        1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
        3 cups milk
        1/2 teaspoon pepper
        4 eggs

        1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
        2. Layer ham, potatoes, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the cheese in baking dish. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
        3. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes.

A real easy one and is good, make a couple of boxes of au gratin potatoe add the ham and bake it according to the directions on box.

Adding ham to a quesadilla makes it a whole new dish.

cut the ham into thin slices, they call it chipped ham in ohio... toast 2 slices of bread, apply ham slices on top, slice of cheese melted, then mustard...
