I bought some of the Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain got cereal and love it. So now I'm wondering - can I just buy different grains in bulk, mix them together and cook them up for the same result? Or is there some magic proportion to be aware of when it comes to mixing grains?
This was one of my bread thrift store finds and hence fairly inexpensive, but to be able to buy the grains in bulk (which I can) might be a good way to go down the road.
