Thanks LadyT! I spent half an hour on the phone with AAA today and was able to get our auto and homeowner's insurance premiums lowered. Part of the discount is because we belong to a credit union and the other part is because my credit score has increased. I'll be adding the savings to the challenge!

Thanks Alicia! I don't know if you read the blogs on this site, but Creditcardfree posted about Swagbucks, so I've started using that as well to earn some gift cards. I figured any money that doesn't come out of my pocket will be added to the challenge.

I made my week 10 deposit of $47 thanks to 2 Pinecone surveys and the savings I previously mentioned in other areas. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had actually earned some interest on my challenge deposits, so for once I was glad that my numbers did not match my bank!
