I hardly use net for my messaging. Most of the time I use my hand phone for it.

Call me old-fashioned but I use a tracfone for voice only calls and free voice mail and pay around $7 a month ($21/3 months) and truly use it for emergencies only. I think I can text on the darn thing but God knows how .... my idea of text is what's called email. I don't need to talk or type in the car, at the store, or at my work desk on or off breaks. I don't need a video phone, music phone, or web / GPS phone with apps for everything. I need a phone and a balanced budget.

          cell phone recycling

Cell phones contain toxic metals that can pollute the environment and threaten human health. When recycled responsibly, the metals can be put back into circulation, decreasing the need for new metal mining.

Help us make a difference by setting up a responsible cell phone recycling program in your community or workplace

I did send my messages for through that site but that is something for people who use internet. If they are have a facility on mobile or anything else. What can they do?
I suggest people not to do SMS which are coming to you.I mean dont do sms which we say forward sms.Because mostly sms we do forward. If we just don't waste our time on sending sms which has nor reason to send ,we can save a lot money.

Some of the greatest things are smart phones. There are free apps that provide the same, if not better, interface for SMS/texting. If I ever have the option, I would NOT pay for texting. You can also send texts from computers through programs like Aol Instant Messenger.
