    Great tips! thanks! It would help me a lot on deciding what dishwasher should i buy for my small restaurant. I need a new dishwasher for the money. I just have a limited budget and i need to compress all the expenses.

      Actually it depend on what type of dishwasher it is. But I do wait till to run the dishwasher at night cause I live in a rural area and the rates are cheap at night than in the peak hours, and it always takes about Three hours for them . So yes you can save a little bit by running the dishwasher at night.

        Those are really helpful tips. Our dishwasher is about to retire and I really need a new one. But I have no idea as to what to get which is just right for my budget. I found tons of dishwasher for the money but none of them really satisfied me. Your tips really helped me make a final decision. Thanks a lot!

          does anyone know how much electricity does a heavy load takes if you don't use the drying cycle?

            You must have a good dishwasher. If I don't pre-rinse, my dishes look dirty when the cycle is done.
