A great idea is to volunteer where you can. We can always help out local community organisations and things like that - it's a great way to give something back.

I agree with donating my skills... Anyone need my service, (i'm an artist) i'm here in Tennessee, but if you think i'm too far, I can outreach my hand to you through prayers...Also, donate by clicking is a nice idea...

Time
Hi appreciate this post so much. I myself is a volunteer,I love doing charity works, and joining different groups and institution that help and support people who need caring and attention. Offering your time is a big help, it can provide so much assistance to other people. Though we know it's really hard because we also need to work for ourselves, but you'll know in the end it's worth it.

All Great Ideas
I think it is a shame that there are not more people who want to donate their time energy or whatever to help others. We unfortunately live in such a self centered world that we see these things less and less.
I try to help the homeless every week by making food and sending it out to them where they are on the streets.

Your post is certainly true. You don't have to be rich in order to be a part of any charity works. Aside from that, charity works are not only for wealthy men and women. Your post has greatly imply that even ordinary people can help without spending more. Their time and skills are already enough, and this can make a huge difference.

Where there is sort of a cost to this (but it's kind of like the credit card idea) [smile][dot][amazon][dot][com] is a way to donate to a charity of your choice. A percent of your purchase goes to a charity of your choice.
I know this is late since Christmas has passed, but if anyone has Amazon gift cards, you can go to amazon by putting a "smile." in front of the address.
Thought I'd offer a tip somewhere since I'm asking so many questions in the debt threads. *blush*
