McDonald’s Monopoly Canada 2014 Rare Game Pieces

October 16, 2014 by Jeffrey Strain

A list of the rare game pieces in McDonald's Monopoly Canada
While McDonald’s Monopoly games in the US and Canada usually are run at the same time, they aren’t the same game. They are played on a different board, have some different prizes and the game pieces are only good for each country. One major difference, for example, is the US version of the game has an online code portion, while McDonald’s Monopoly Canada doesn’t have online codes on their game pieces in 2014. The Canadian version of the game for 2014 runs from September 30 to November 3. (Note: For those looking, these are rare game pieces for the US game.)

For all those who decide to play the game, a good understanding about how the game works and the importance of the rare game pieces is essential. All the pieces which make up the different properties aren’t created equal. There will always be one piece in the property set which will be rare and much more difficult to find. The common pieces in each property set have little to no value because unless you get the rare piece, there is no way to win. If you do get the rare piece, it’s fairly easy to get the remaining common pieces to win the prize.
